I join an affiliate network

I apply to and am approved by affiliate advertising networks such as CX3 ADS, iDrive Affiliate and Adgenics. Each gives me access to a catalogue of advertiser offers and unique tracking links.

I promote offers by email

I send campaigns to my own opt-in subscribers. Every link is my personal tracking link, so the network can attribute the resulting traffic to me.

The network records conversions

When a subscriber completes the action the advertiser is paying for — a signup, a registration, a purchase — the network records it as a conversion against my affiliate ID.

The network pays me a commission

Each network pays me on its own schedule (typically weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, net of its own terms). These commission payouts are the only revenue this business receives.

Important for payment and compliance reviews: I do not sell goods or services directly to consumers, I do not collect payment from consumers, and I do not hold or handle customer funds at any point. Every incoming payment to this business is a commission payout from a business affiliate network, paid to me as the publisher, under that network's standard affiliate agreement.
