Email is my main channel, so operating it lawfully is the core of this business. This page sets out the rules I apply to every campaign I send.

I send marketing email only to recipients who have given consent to receive it. Consent is collected through my own subscription forms and landing pages, where the purpose of the list is stated before the address is submitted. For each subscriber I retain a record of the date, time and source of the opt-in so that consent can be demonstrated on request.
I do not send marketing email to addresses that have not opted in, and I do not scrape or harvest addresses from websites or third-party sources.
Every email I send identifies the sender clearly. The "from" name and address are accurate and belong to me, the subject line reflects the actual content of the message, and the header information is never falsified or disguised. Each message includes my business identity and a valid postal address for the sender.
Every marketing email contains a clear, working, one-click unsubscribe link that remains functional for at least 30 days after the send. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly — within 72 hours at the latest, and in practice automatically — and no charge, login or further information is required to opt out.
Unsubscribed addresses are added to a permanent suppression list and are never re-added to any of my lists. I also load and honour the suppression files supplied by advertisers and networks before running their offers.
Promotional content is identified as advertising. I use the creatives and claims approved by the network or advertiser for each offer, and I do not invent product claims, prices, guarantees or endorsements. Where a message promotes an offer for which I receive a commission, that commercial relationship is disclosed.
I operate from France and process the personal data of subscribers in the European Union, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to this business. In relation to my own subscriber lists I act as the data controller. I collect the minimum data needed to run campaigns, keep it only as long as the subscriber remains on the list, apply appropriate security measures, and honour subscriber rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. I remove hard bounces and persistently inactive addresses, authenticate my sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, monitor complaint rates, and reduce or stop sending to any segment whose complaint or bounce rate rises. Keeping these metrics low protects both my subscribers and the advertisers whose offers I run.
